Q: Is there a shuttle service from the airport?

A: Yes, a shuttle service from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) to Emara Ole-Sereni Hotel is available for summit attendees. Closer to the event date, you will receive a form to fill out with your flight details so we can arrange pick up and drop off shuttle service for you.

 

Q: Will there be tours and excursions organized for summit attendees

A: Yes, optional tours and excursions will be available, allowing attendees to experience Nairobi’s rich culture and stunning landscapes. Details and booking information will be provided closer to the event date.

 

Q: Do I need any vaccinations to enter Kenya?

A: You should have proof of yellow fever immunizations if arriving from an endemic country, or you may be denied entry. Other commonly recommended vaccinations include Hepatitis A and Typhoid but it’s recommended to check with your healthcare provider regarding any necessary vaccinations for travel to Kenya Additionally, Nairobi is generally malaria-free, but if you plan to explore other regions in Kenya, malaria precautions are advised.

A: We recommend arriving at least one day before the summit starts to acclimate and attend the Welcome Drinks. The main conference runs for two days, with optional excursions organized on the third day. Most attendees will depart on Sunday the 15th to allow time for networking and sightseeing.

 

Q. What is the recommended attire for the summit?

A: Business casual attire is recommended for the conference. For the Gala Dinner, cocktail attire is appropriate.
