A seasoned finance professional, economist, property developer and former banker with over 23 years work experience and exposure covering the property, financial markets and accountancy services sectors. Bonna is the Managing Director of Landsworth Investment Limited a property investment management firm focused on the mining and trade value chains of the Lobito Corridor-Copperbelt regions of Zambia and the DRC and the wider line of rail corridors of Zambia. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and The Secretary for Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and former board member for ZICA Properties Limited, a property investment management company. Prior to this appointment, he was a Partner at Urban Africa Real Estate Group Limited (UAREG), a property development company specialising in the development of retail centres, hotels, office blocks, residential housing among which include Ndola’s best hotel, The Urban Hotel Ndola. Prior to joining UAREG, he was Project Head/CEO of Quantum Home Loans Limited and Solitaire Copperbelt Housing Limited, wholly owned housing finance and housing estates subsidiaries of First Quantum Minerals Group, a group listed on the Toronto stock exchange. He concurrently was also a Lusaka based business representative of Kalumbila Town Development Corporation Limited. He previously was also Head Private & Executive Banking for Stanbic Bank Zambia (SBZ- a member of Standard Bank Group), Manager Compliance for SBZ and its subsidiaries. Before his stint at SBZ, Bonna was an Inspector-Financial Analysis at the Bank of Zambia (BoZ) overseeing the supervision of 82 non-bank financial institutions. Prior to joining BoZ, Bonna was an Audit Senior at Deloitte in their Lusaka Office.
