The Honorable Mudrik Ramadhan Soraga is the current Minister for Tourism and Heritage in Zanzibar, serving under President Hussein Ali Mwinyi. He represents the Bububu constituency as a member of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party in the Zanzibar House of Representatives. Before entering politics, Minister Soraga served as a Senior Foreign Affairs Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations from 2009 to 2020. In 2020, he was elected to the Zanzibar House of Representatives, marking the beginning of his political career."‹
