Jaeson Rosenfeld

Advisor - Livelihood Impact Fund

Jaeson's career path has seen him follow his interests wherever they took him, with stops along the way in management consulting (McKinsey and Company), entrepreneurship (starting and exiting 2 companies), football (soccer) executive leadership and most recently football investment.

Jaeson's interest in and dedication to social enterprise is long standing starting with his co-founding of Digital Divide Data (DDD) in 2001. This transformative social enterprise creates opportunities and jobs in technology roles across Africa and Asia, currently employing over 1,000 individuals. He remains actively involved as a board member and chair of the social impact committee. Jaeson currently serves as an advisor to the Livelihood Impact Fund (LIF), leading the Urban Living Standards initiative, aiming to elevate living standards through affordable housing, internet access, waste management, and improved street lighting in underserved urban areas, with a focus on East Africa. The mission of the initiative is to improve livelihoods by reducing the price and/or increasing the quality of the most important products and services consumed by the urban poor by investing in or starting social enterprises that serve them (and hopefully employ members of the same communities in volume).
