Achievements include:

* Founder and CEO of Reall (Real Equity for All) established to seed and build urban development enterprises that create 'affordable and bankable' settlement and housing solutions across 65 cities in Africa and Asia. 

* Transformed UK Charity from grant administrator to social enterprise builder and impact investor, growing income from £0.8m to £38million p.a. 

* Established Investment Platform [£255m ], to intermediate inward and onward investment for development enterprises in Africa and Asia, providing security through first loss and Swedish Government Guarantee. 

* Directed the Community-Led Infrastructure Finance Facility (CLIFF) to support NGO-led slum upgrading across 10 countries. Awarded the UN Habitat Scroll of Honour in 2013

* Principal Consultant to Cato Manor Urban Renewal Project. Acknowledged by UN Habitat as "˜international best practice for pioneering integrated approaches to planning.'

* Initiated Habitat for Humanity International's Urban Programme in 2001

* Lead Consultant on Local Agenda 21 compliance for Durban. South Africa's first Agenda 21 compliant city, and the subject of international case study

* Developed and implemented self-financing urban settlement model for the "˜Habitat Alliance' involving land value capture and cross-subsidy in partnership with Governments, NGO's and private sector in 3 countries

* Strategic post apartheid interventions across 8 South African cities involving integrated development planning, urban design and urban policy frameworks"
