Maxwell Jackson Maida is the Senior Development Planning Specialist responsible for Infrastructure and Spatial Planning at the National Planning Commission in Malawi. He joined NPC in 2020 at the time Malawians were formulating their new vision, MW2063. Maxwell was instrumental in coordinating together with partners the development of the Malawi Secondary Cities Plan which is a plan to create 8 secondary cities in Malawi.
