Nikhil has over thirty years' experience in investments, business development, investment banking and financial services. He has been developing and investing in several greenfield and brownfield projects across sectors and geographies for over 12 years. Previously he spent over 18 years in investment banking across developing markets with leading banks, providing strategic advisory and capital raising services to a wide variety of Government, public- and private-sector clients. He has worked on and invested in transactions valued at over US$45 billion in several industry sectors, including healthcare, real estate, infrastructure, transport, services, power, industrials, leisure and telecoms, and in over 30 countries across Asia, Africa and Europe. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Calcutta University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad.

Backed by a global team and a fixed-price EPC contract, the project is construction-ready and offers strong returns with operational profitability projected from Year 1. The project has anchor equity committed and debt funding now sought to complete the capital stack.
